Frequently asked questions
Which languages can the video be in?
Georgian or almost any other language – English, Russian, Turkish, Spanish and more (93 languages besides Georgian). Other languages are translated into Georgian captions; Georgian speech gets Georgian captions, or captions in English, Russian and 57 more languages.
Which video formats are supported?
MP4 and MOV work best. MKV, WebM, AVI and M4V files work too. Vertical (9:16) or horizontal (16:9).
Can I add my own text, like a title?
Yes. Add a title, a hook or your @handle anywhere on the video, emoji included. Change it any time later, the AI hook too.
Where is my video processed?
Your video is stored on our server — there is nothing to install. Two outside services do part of the work: ElevenLabs hears the sound of your video, and Google's Gemini translates the caption text and writes hook ideas when you ask. ElevenLabs gets the whole video only for an audio dub. Neither gets your name or email address; the Privacy Policy says what each keeps.
How long is my video kept?
The video is deleted automatically 24 hours after you last worked on it, or 7 days on a paid plan (30 on Studio). Its captions stay in My projects for 90 more days, to download as SRT, VTT or TXT, unless you delete them sooner. Deleting the project or your account deletes everything.
