1. შეთანხმება

ეს წესები შეთანხმებაა თქვენსა და [კომპანიის სახელი, სამართლებრივი ფორმა, საიდენტიფიკაციო კოდი, მისამართი]-ს („GeoCaptions“, „ჩვენ“) შორის. ანგარიშის შექმნისას ველის მონიშვნით მათ ეთანხმებით; თანხმობის დროს ვინახავთ. თუ არ ეთანხმებით, GeoCaptions-ით ნუ ისარგებლებთ. ქართულ და ინგლისურ ტექსტებს შორის განსხვავებისას ქართული მოქმედებს.

2. რას აკეთებს GeoCaptions

ატვირთავთ ვიდეოს ან ჩასვამთ ბმულს. ჩვენ ვცნობთ მეტყველებას, ვქმნით სუბტიტრებს (ქართულად, ან ქართული ვიდეოსთვის სხვა ენაზე), სურვილისამებრ ვთარგმნით სხვა ენაზე ნათქვამს ქართულად, ვახმოვანებთ ვიდეოს სხვა ენაზე, ვაკეთებთ მას ვერტიკალურს (9:16), გთავაზობთ ჰუკის იდეებსა და ემოჯის, და სუბტიტრებს ვიდეოს ასლში ვწერთ, რომელსაც ჩამოტვირთავთ. სიტყვებსა და იერს თავად ასწორებთ.

3. ვის შეუძლია სარგებლობა

უნდა იყოთ სულ მცირე 18 წლის. ამას ჩვენი მომწოდებლებიც (ElevenLabs და Google) მოითხოვენ. თუ GeoCaptions-ს კომპანიის სახელით იყენებთ, ადასტურებთ, რომ მისი სახელით შეთანხმების უფლება გაქვთ.

4. თქვენი ანგარიში

პაროლი არავის გაუზიაროთ; თქვენი ანგარიშით შესრულებული ყველაფერი თქვენ მიერ შესრულებულად ითვლება. თუ ფიქრობთ, რომ ვინმე სხვა შევიდა, მოგვწერეთ: [email protected]. ანგარიშის წაშლა ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ პარამეტრებში — მასთან ერთად თქვენი ვიდეოებიც იშლება.

5. თქვენი ვიდეოები თქვენია

ატვირთულზე და მზა შედეგზე ყველა უფლება თქვენთან რჩება. ჩვენ გვაძლევთ ნებართვას, ვიდეო შევინახოთ და დავამუშაოთ მხოლოდ იმისთვის, რომ მომსახურება გაგიწიოთ — ამ სამუშაოში ჩვენი მომწოდებლების (ElevenLabs და Google) ჩათვლით, როგორც ეს კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკაშია აღწერილი. თქვენს ვიდეოს ჩვენ არ ვაქვეყნებთ და სხვებს არ ვაჩვენებთ — თუ თავად არ შექმნით გაზიარების ბმულს. მოდელებს მასზე არ ვავარჯიშებთ. ვიდეოები ავტომატურად იშლება მათზე ბოლო მუშაობიდან 24 საათში (ფასიან გეგმაზე — 7 დღეში, სტუდიოზე — 30 დღეში).

YouTube-ზე გამოქვეყნება. როცა YouTube-ზე გამოქვეყნებას იყენებთ, ვიდეო YouTube API Services-ის მეშვეობით თქვენს YouTube არხზე იტვირთება და თქვენ ეთანხმებით YouTube-ის მომსახურების პირობებს. სათაურს, აღწერას და ნახვის უფლებას თქვენ ირჩევთ; ჩვენ მათ ზუსტად ისე ვაგზავნით, როგორც დაწერეთ.

6. რას გვპირდებით

ყოველი ატვირთვისას ამას ადასტურებთ და ეს აქ ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანი წესია: ვიდეოს ატვირთვა მხოლოდ მაშინ შეიძლება, თუ ის თქვენია ან მისი გამოყენების უფლება გაქვთ — მასში არსებული მუსიკის, კადრებისა და ადამიანების ჩათვლით.

ბმულით შემოტანა ატვირთვის ტოლფასია. YouTube-დან, TikTok-იდან, Instagram-იდან, Facebook-იდან, X-იდან, Google Drive-იდან, Dropbox-იდან თუ სხვა საიტიდან ვიდეოს შემოტანა მხოლოდ მაშინ შეიძლება, თუ მისი უფლებები თქვენია ან უფლების მფლობელის ნებართვა გაქვთ — ვიდეოს ნახვის შესაძლებლობა მისი დამუშავებისა და ხელახლა გამოქვეყნების უფლებას არ იძლევა. ასევე იცავთ იმ საიტის წესებს, საიდანაც შემოგაქვთ.
ხალხი ვიდეოში. ვიდეოში ჩანს ან ისმის ადამიანი — მისი თანხმობა ან სხვა კანონიერი საფუძველი გაქვთ.
ხმები გახმოვანებაში. აუდიო გახმოვანება მოსაუბრეებს მათივე ხმით ამეტყველებს სხვა ენაზე. მისი შეკვეთა მხოლოდ მაშინ შეიძლება, თუ ყოველმა ადამიანმა, ვისი ხმაც ისმის, მკაფიო და ინფორმირებული თანხმობა მოგცათ (ან სხვაგვარად უფლებამოსილი ხართ).
თარგმანი და გახმოვანება ადაპტაციაა. სხვისი ნაწარმოების თარგმნა ან გახმოვანება ავტორის ნებართვას საჭიროებს.

რა არ შეიძლება

ყველაფერი, რაც საქართველოს ან თქვენი ქვეყნის კანონს არღვევს, ან სხვის უფლებებს (საავტორო, გამოსახულების, ხმის, პირადი ცხოვრების) ხელყოფს.
ბავშვებთან დაკავშირებული ნებისმიერი სექსუალური შინაარსი — ამას შესაბამის ორგანოებს ვატყობინებთ.
სექსუალური ან სასტიკი შინაარსი, ძალადობის ან სიძულვილის წაქეზება, ადამიანების დევნა ან მუქარა.
სხვად თავის გასაღება: ცოცხალი ადამიანის ხმის ან გარეგნობის მისი თანხმობის გარეშე გამოყენება, ყალბი ჩანაწერები, ორგანიზაციის სახელით მოქმედება ან ყალბი მხარდაჭერის შთაბეჭდილება.
თაღლითობა, მოტყუება, ყალბი მტკიცებულება.
არჩევნებში ჩარევა: ამომრჩევლის შეცდომაში შეყვანა, კანდიდატის ან თანამდებობის პირის განსახიერება. პოლიტიკური კამპანიისთვის გახმოვანება მხოლოდ ElevenLabs-ის წინასწარი წერილობითი თანხმობით შეიძლება.
ხმის ან სახის გამოყენება ადამიანის ამოსაცნობად ან პროფილის შესადგენად.
მავნე პროგრამები; სერვისის გატეხის, გადატვირთვის, მონაცემების მასობრივი აღების ან კოდის აღდგენის მცდელობა; დაცვის გვერდის ავლა.
მომსახურების ან შედეგების გამოყენება კონკურენტი ხელოვნური ინტელექტის მოდელის გასავარჯიშებლად; მომსახურების გადაყიდვა ან საკუთარი პროდუქტის „ძრავად“ გამოყენება ჩვენი წერილობითი თანხმობის გარეშე.
ElevenLabs-ის აკრძალული გამოყენების პოლიტიკისა და Google-ის გენერაციული ხელოვნური ინტელექტის აკრძალული გამოყენების პოლიტიკის დარღვევა. ეს წესები ამ შეთანხმების ნაწილია.

დარღვევისას შეიძლება შინაარსი წავშალოთ, ანგარიში შევაჩეროთ ან დავხუროთ, ხოლო საჭიროებისას — კანონის შესაბამისად შევატყობინოთ.

ვიდეოზე საჩივარი (წაშლის მოთხოვნა)

თუ ფიქრობთ, რომ აქ დამუშავებული ვიდეო თქვენს ნაწარმოებს, გამოსახულებას ან ხმას ნებართვის გარეშე იყენებს, მოგვწერეთ [email protected] თემით „Takedown request“: რა არის თქვენი და სად ჩანს (ბმული ან საკმარისი აღწერა), როგორ დაგიკავშირდეთ, და განცხადება, რომ მფლობელი ხართ ან მის სახელით მოქმედებთ და კეთილსინდისიერად მიგაჩნიათ, რომ გამოყენება დაუშვებელია. სწრაფად ვრეაგირებთ: ვშლით ვიდეოს და მის შედეგებს, ხოლო განმეორებით დამრღვევს ანგარიშს ვუხურავთ. თუ თქვენი ვიდეო შეცდომით წაიშალა, უპასუხეთ ჩვენს წერილს და აგვიხსენით, რატომ გაქვთ მისი გამოყენების უფლება.

7. ხელოვნური ინტელექტის შედეგები

სუბტიტრებს, თარგმანს, გახმოვანებასა და ჰუკის იდეებს ხელოვნური ინტელექტი ქმნის და ზოგჯერ შეცდომას უშვებს. გამოქვეყნებამდე შეამოწმეთ. თქვენ მიერ გამოქვეყნებულ ვიდეოზე პასუხისმგებელი თქვენ ხართ.

გახმოვანება ხელოვნური ინტელექტის ხმაა. გახმოვანებული ვიდეოს გამოქვეყნებისას მიუთითეთ, რომ ხმა ხელოვნური ინტელექტითაა შექმნილი, სადაც ამას კანონი მოითხოვს ან სადაც მაყურებელი სხვაგვარად შეცდომაში შევიდოდა (მაგალითად, ფიქრობდა, რომ ადამიანმა თავად თქვა ეს სიტყვები ამ ენაზე). ხელოვნური ინტელექტის ნიშნები და წყაროს მონაცემები არ მოაშოროთ და არ დამალოთ.

8. გეგმები, კრედიტები და გადახდა

კრედიტები. 1 კრედიტი = ვიდეოს 1 წუთი სუბტიტრებით, ზემოთ დამრგვალებული. თარგმანი წუთში 2 კრედიტი ღირს, ვერტიკალურად გადაკეთება — მეტი. ფასს კრედიტებში დაწყებამდე ხედავთ. ვიდეოს პირველი 3 ხელახალი რენდერი უფასოა, შემდეგ — 1 კრედიტი. სტუდიოს პაკეტზე ყველა ხელახალი რენდერი უფასოა. ვიდეოს, რომელიც ჩვენი მიზეზით ვერ დამუშავდა, კრედიტები ავტომატურად უბრუნდება. კრედიტებს ფულადი ღირებულება არ აქვს, მათი გადაცემა ან გადაცვლა არ შეიძლება.
გახმოვანების კრედიტები. აუდიო გახმოვანება ცალკე, გახმოვანების კრედიტებით იხდება: 1 გახმოვანების კრედიტი = ვიდეოს 1 წუთი ერთ ენაზე, წამობრივად (1 წუთი და 6 წამი = 1.1). პრო გეგმაში ყოველთვე 3 შედის, სტუდიოში — 8; გამოუყენებელი ერთ თვეზე გადადის. გამომწერს შეუძლია მეტის ყიდვა პაკეტებად (2 / 5 / 10), თითო ₾12, მოქმედებს 12 თვე. უფასო გეგმაზე გახმოვანება არ არის. გახმოვანება, რომელიც ჩვენი მიზეზით ვერ შესრულდა, კრედიტებს ავტომატურად აბრუნებს.
უფასო გეგმა. თვეში 3 კრედიტი (არ გადადის), ვიდეო 1 წუთამდე, 720p და GeoCaptions-ის ნიშნით. ბარათი არ არის საჭირო.
ფასიანი გეგმები (კრეატორი, პრო, სტუდიო) — გამოწერა, თვიური ან წლიური. ფასები საბოლოოა, ლარში (დღგ-ს ჩათვლით, სადაც ის მოქმედებს), და ნაჩვენებია ფასების გვერდზე გადახდამდე. წლიური გეგმა 10 თვის ფასი ღირს. გეგმა კრედიტებს ყოველთვე ამატებს (წლიურიც); გამოუყენებელი კრედიტები შემდეგ თვეზე გადადის, მაქსიმუმ ერთი თვის ოდენობით.
ავტომატური განახლება. გამოწერა ყოველი პერიოდის (თვის ან წლის) ბოლოს ავტომატურად ახლდება იმავე ფასად და იმავე ბარათიდან, სანამ არ გააუქმებთ. ამას გადახდამდე ცალსახად გეტყვით და ყოველ ჩამოჭრაზე ქვითარს გამოგიგზავნით. ბარათის მონაცემებს Flitt ამუშავებს.
გაუქმება ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ პარამეტრებში. გეგმა გადახდილი პერიოდის ბოლომდე მუშაობს, შემდეგ ანგარიში უფასო ხდება (უფასო გეგმის პირობებით); პროექტები რჩება, ხოლო გეგმის გამოუყენებელი კრედიტები, ერთი თვის ოდენობამდე, 90 დღე რჩება. დარჩენილ დღეებზე თანხა არ ბრუნდება (გარდა მე-9 ნაწილისა).
ბარათიდან გადახდა ვერ მოხერხდა: 3 დღე ვცდით თავიდან; შემდეგ ანგარიში უფასო ხდება და გეგმის გამოუყენებელი კრედიტები, ერთი თვის ოდენობამდე, 90 დღე რჩება.
გეგმის შეცვლა: ახალი გეგმა მაშინვე იწყება; დარჩენილ დღეებზე თანხა არ ბრუნდება, გამოუყენებელი კრედიტები კი გადადის.
დამატებითი კრედიტები (50 — ₾19) მხოლოდ გამომწერებისთვისაა და 12 თვე მოქმედებს.
დამფუძნებლის ფასი: პირველი 30 გამომწერი თავის საწყის ფასს სამუდამოდ ინარჩუნებს, სანამ გამოწერა აქტიურია.

9. ხელშეკრულებაზე უარი და თანხის დაბრუნება

საქართველოს კანონის „მომხმარებლის უფლებების დაცვის შესახებ“ თანახმად, დისტანციურად დადებულ ხელშეკრულებაზე უარის თქმა 14 კალენდარული დღის განმავლობაში შეგიძლიათ, მიზეზის გარეშე. გეგმის ან დამატებითი კრედიტების პირველი გადახდიდან 14 დღეში მოგვწერეთ: [email protected]. დაგიბრუნებთ თანხას გამოუყენებელი კრედიტებისთვის; უკვე გამოყენებული კრედიტების წილი (ფასის პროპორციულად) არ ბრუნდება, რადგან ეს მომსახურება თქვენივე თხოვნით უკვე გაგიწიეთ. თანხას უარის მიღებიდან 14 დღეში იმავე ბარათზე დავაბრუნებთ, ხოლო ანგარიში უფასო გეგმაზე გადავა. ავტომატური განახლების შემდეგ გაუქმება მომავალ პერიოდებს ეხება.

10. ცვლილებები ფასებსა და მომსახურებაში

ფასის ან გეგმაში შემავალის შეცვლისას გამომწერებს ელფოსტით სულ მცირე 30 დღით ადრე ვატყობინებთ. ცვლილება მომდევნო განახლებიდან მოქმედებს; თუ არ ეთანხმებით, მანამდე გააუქმეთ და ძველი პირობები პერიოდის ბოლომდე დარჩება. მომსახურების გაუმჯობესება და ახალი ფუნქციების დამატება შეგვიძლია; გეგმის მთავარ ნაწილს გადახდილ პერიოდში არ ვაუარესებთ.

11. ხელმისაწვდომობა

ვცდილობთ, GeoCaptions მუდამ მუშაობდეს, მაგრამ შეფერხება შეიძლება მოხდეს (მაგ. ტექნიკური სამუშაოები ან მომწოდებლის გაუმართაობა). თუ ფასიანი გეგმა დიდი ხნით არ მუშაობს ჩვენი მიზეზით, მოგვწერეთ და სამართლიან კომპენსაციას (კრედიტებით ან თანხით) შევთანხმდებით.

12. პასუხისმგებლობა

კანონით დაშვებულ ფარგლებში, ჩვენ არ ვაგებთ პასუხს არაპირდაპირ ზიანზე ან მიუღებელ შემოსავალზე, და ჩვენი ჯამური პასუხისმგებლობა შემოიფარგლება იმით, რაც ბოლო 12 თვეში გადაგვიხადეთ. ეს არ ზღუდავს პასუხისმგებლობას განზრახ ან უხეში გაუფრთხილებლობით მიყენებულ ზიანზე და მომხმარებლის იმ უფლებებს, რომელთა შეზღუდვაც კანონით არ შეიძლება. მზა ვიდეოები ჩამოტვირთეთ: შენახვის ვადის გასვლის შემდეგ ისინი იშლება.

13. შეჩერება და დასრულება

შეთანხმების დასრულება ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ — ანგარიშის წაშლით. ამ წესების სერიოზული ან განმეორებითი დარღვევისას ანგარიშს შევაჩერებთ ან დავხურავთ; ასეთ შემთხვევაში დარჩენილ პერიოდზე თანხა არ ბრუნდება. სხვა მიზეზით, ან თუ მომსახურებას ვწყვეტთ, 30 დღით ადრე გაცნობებთ და გადახდილი, გამოუყენებელი პერიოდის თანხას დაგიბრუნებთ.

14. ამ წესების ცვლილება

წესები შეიძლება განვაახლოთ. ახალი ვერსია აქ ახალი თარიღით გამოჩნდება; მნიშვნელოვან ცვლილებაზე ელფოსტით 30 დღით ადრე გაცნობებთ. თუ არ ეთანხმებით, შეგიძლიათ გააუქმოთ გამოწერა ან წაშალოთ ანგარიში, სანამ ცვლილება ძალაში შევა.

15. სამართალი და დავები

ამ წესებს საქართველოს კანონმდებლობა არეგულირებს. ჯერ მოგვწერეთ — უმეტეს საკითხს სწრაფად მოვაგვარებთ. დავა, რომელიც ვერ შევათანხმეთ, თბილისის საქალაქო სასამართლოში განიხილება. მომხმარებელს ასევე შეუძლია მიმართოს საქართველოს კონკურენციისა და მომხმარებლის დაცვის სააგენტოს. ევროკავშირში მცხოვრები მომხმარებლები ინარჩუნებენ თავიანთი ქვეყნის სავალდებულო დაცვას.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [company name, legal form, identification number, address] ("GeoCaptions", "we"). You accept them by ticking the box when you create an account; we keep the time you did. If you do not accept them, do not use GeoCaptions. If the Georgian and English texts differ, the Georgian one applies.

2. What GeoCaptions does

You upload a video or paste a link. We recognise the speech, make captions (in Georgian, or for a Georgian video in another language), optionally translate speech in other languages into Georgian, dub the video into another language, make it vertical (9:16), suggest hook ideas and emoji, and burn the captions into a copy of the video for you to download. You can edit the words and the look yourself.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. Our suppliers (ElevenLabs and Google) require this too. If you use GeoCaptions for a company, you confirm you may agree to these terms on its behalf.

4. Your account

Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else got in. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, and it takes your videos with it.

5. Your videos stay yours

You keep all rights to what you upload and to the finished result. You give us permission to store and process your video only to provide the service to you - including through our suppliers (ElevenLabs and Google) as the Privacy Policy describes. We do not publish your video or show it to others, unless you make a share link yourself. We do not train any model on it. Videos are deleted automatically 24 hours after you last worked on them (7 days on a paid plan, 30 on Studio).

Posting to YouTube. When you use Post to YouTube, the video goes to your own YouTube channel through YouTube API Services, and you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You choose the title, the description and who can watch it; we send them as you wrote them.

6. What you promise

Every upload asks you to confirm this, and it is the most important rule here: you may only upload a video if you own it or otherwise have the right to use it, including the music, clips and any people appearing in it.

Importing from a link is the same as uploading. You may only import a video from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Google Drive, Dropbox or any other site if you own the rights to it or have the permission of whoever does - being able to watch a video does not give you the right to caption and republish it. You also follow the rules of the site you import from.
People in the video. For anyone seen or heard in it, you have their consent or another lawful basis.
Voices in a dub. An audio dub makes the speakers speak another language in their own voices. You may only order one if every person whose voice is heard has given you explicit and informed consent (or you are otherwise authorised).
Translating and dubbing are adaptations. Translating or dubbing someone else's work needs its author's permission.

Not allowed

Anything illegal under the law of Georgia or of your country, or that infringes others' rights (copyright, image, voice, privacy).
Any sexual content involving children - this is reported to the authorities.
Sexual or gratuitously violent content, incitement to violence or hatred, harassing or threatening people.
Impersonation: using a living person's voice or likeness without their consent, fake recordings, acting in an organisation's name or faking an endorsement.
Fraud, scams, fabricated evidence.
Election misuse: misleading voters, impersonating candidates or officials. Dubbing for a political campaign needs ElevenLabs' prior written consent.
Using voices or faces to identify or profile people.
Malware; trying to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; getting round its safeguards.
Using the service or its results to train a competing AI model; reselling the service or using it as the engine of your own product without our written consent.
Breaking ElevenLabs' Prohibited Use Policy or Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. Both are part of this agreement.

If you break these rules we may remove the content, suspend or close the account, and where the law requires it, report it.

Reporting a video (takedown requests)

If you believe a video processed here uses your work, your image or your voice without permission, write to [email protected] with the subject "Takedown request" and include: what is yours and where it appears (a link, or a description good enough to find it), how we can reach you, and a statement that you are its owner or act for the owner and believe in good faith that its use is not allowed. We act promptly: we remove the video and its results, and repeated infringers lose their account. If your video was removed by mistake, reply to our message and explain why you may use it.

7. AI-made results

Captions, translations, dubs and hook ideas are made by AI and will sometimes be wrong. Check them before you publish anything. You are responsible for the videos you publish.

A dub is an AI voice. When you publish a dubbed video, say the voice was made with AI where the law requires it or where viewers would otherwise be misled (for example, think the person really said those words in that language). Do not remove or hide AI labels or provenance data.

8. Plans, credits and payment

Credits. 1 credit = 1 minute of captioned video, rounded up. Translation costs 2 credits a minute, making a video vertical costs more. You see the price in credits before you start. A video's first 3 re-renders are free, then 1 credit(s) each. On the Studio plan every re-render is free. A video that fails on our side gets its credits back automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Dub credits. An audio dub is paid separately, with dub credits: 1 dub credit = 1 minute of video in one language, counted by the second (1 minute 6 seconds = 1.1). The Pro plan includes 3 a month, Studio 8; unused ones carry over for one month. Subscribers can buy more in packs (2 / 5 / 10) at ₾12 each, valid 12 months. The Free plan has no dub. A dub that fails on our side gets its dub credits back automatically.
Free plan. 3 credits a month (no rollover), videos up to 1 minute(s), 720p, with the GeoCaptions mark. No card needed.
Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Studio) are subscriptions, monthly or yearly. Prices are final prices in GEL (including VAT where it applies) and shown on the pricing page before you pay. A yearly plan costs 10 months' price. A plan adds its credits every month (a yearly one too); unused credits carry over to the next month, at most one month's worth.
Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year), at the same price and on the same card, until you cancel. We tell you this clearly before you pay and email a receipt for every charge. Card details are handled by Flitt.
Cancel any time in Settings. The plan works to the end of the paid period, then the account is Free (with the Free plan's limits); your projects stay, and your unused plan credits, up to one month's worth, stay for 90 days. There is no money back for the rest of the period (except as section 9 says).
A failed card payment: we try again for 3 days; then the account is Free, and your unused plan credits, up to one month's worth, stay for 90 days.
Changing plan: the new plan starts at once; there is no money back for the rest of the period, and unused credits move over.
Extra credits (50 for ₾19) are for subscribers and last 12 months.
Founder price: the first 30 subscribers keep their starting price for life, while their subscription stays active.

9. Withdrawal and refunds

Under the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights you may withdraw from a contract made at a distance within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for a plan or for extra credits. We refund the credits you have not used; the share of the price for credits already used is kept, as that service was already provided at your request. We pay back to the same card within 14 days of your withdrawal, and the account moves to the Free plan. After an automatic renewal, cancelling applies to the periods ahead.

10. Changes to prices and the service

If we change a price or what a plan includes, we email subscribers at least 30 days before. The change applies from the next renewal; if you do not agree, cancel before then and the old terms stay until the end of the period. We may improve the service and add features; we do not make the main part of your plan worse during a paid period.

11. Availability

We try to keep GeoCaptions running, but there can be interruptions (for example maintenance or a supplier's outage). If a paid plan is unavailable for a long time through our fault, write to us and we will agree a fair compensation (in credits or money).

12. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited. Download your finished videos: they are deleted when their keeping time ends.

13. Suspension and ending

You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms we may suspend or close your account; in that case there is no refund for the rest of the period. For any other reason, or if we stop the service, we give you 30 days' notice and refund the paid period you have not used.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version appears here with a new date; for an important change we email you 30 days before. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription or delete your account before it takes effect.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Please write to us first - most things are sorted out quickly. A dispute we cannot settle goes to Tbilisi City Court. Consumers may also turn to the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency. Consumers living in the EU keep the mandatory protections of their own country.
