1. ვინ ვართ

GeoCaptions ვიდეოებს სუბტიტრებს უკეთებს, თარგმნის და ახმოვანებს. თქვენს პერსონალურ მონაცემებზე პასუხისმგებელი პირია GeoCaptions, საქართველო („ჩვენ“). კომპანია რეგისტრაციის პროცესშია: მისი სამართლებრივი ფორმა, საიდენტიფიკაციო კოდი და მისამართი აქ რეგისტრაციის დასრულებისთანავე დაემატება. დაგვიკავშირდით: [email protected].

ეს პოლიტიკა ეფუძნება საქართველოს კანონს „პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ“ (ძალაშია 2024 წლის 1 მარტიდან); ევროკავშირში მცხოვრებთათვის — ასევე მონაცემთა დაცვის ზოგად რეგულაციას (GDPR).

2. რას ვაგროვებთ და რატომ

მონაცემები	რისთვის	რამდენ ხანს
ანგარიში: სახელი, ელფოსტა, პაროლი (მხოლოდ scrypt-ჰეშის სახით), რეგისტრაციის თარიღი და წესების მიღების დრო. Google-ით შესვლისას — თქვენი Google-ანგარიშის ნომერი და ელფოსტა	ანგარიშის შესაქმნელად და თქვენი პროექტების სხვებისგან გამოსაყოფად	ანგარიშის წაშლამდე
როგორ გვიპოვეთ: ანგარიშის შექმნისას — იმ საიტის ან აპის სახელი, საიდანაც მოხვედით (მაგ. Google, Instagram ან ChatGPT), როგორც ამას თქვენი ბრაუზერი თავად გვატყობინებს, და კამპანიის სახელი, თუ ბმულს ჰქონდა. არასდროს — გვერდი, რომელზეც იყავით, საძიებო სიტყვები ან სხვა რამ; ამისთვის ქუქი არ გამოიყენება. ზოგიერთ ძველ ანგარიშზე ეს სავარაუდო მონაცემია, საიტის ჩანაწერებიდან	რომ ვიცოდეთ, რომელი ადგილებიდან მოდიან ადამიანები GeoCaptions-ზე	ანგარიშის წაშლამდე
შესვლები და ბრაუზერები: ყოველ ბრაუზერზე ერთი ჩანაწერი (როდის შევიდა, ბოლოს როდის გამოიყენა), ტოკენის ანაბეჭდი და არა თავად ტოკენი; IP-მისამართს აქ არ ვინახავთ	რომ შესული დარჩეთ, ყველა მოწყობილობიდან გამოსვლა შეძლოთ, და პაროლის გამომცნობმა უცხომ თქვენი ბრაუზერი ვერ დაბლოკოს	შესვლა: 30 დღე გამოუყენებლად, მაქსიმუმ 90 დღე; ცნობილი ბრაუზერი: ბოლო შესვლიდან 180 დღე (მაქსიმუმ 20)
დაუსრულებელი რეგისტრაცია ან ელფოსტის შეცვლა: აკრეფილი მისამართი, დრო და გაგზავნილი ბმულის ანაბეჭდი	ბმულის გახსნისას ანგარიშის შესაქმნელად ან მისამართის შესაცვლელად	ბმულის გამოყენებამდე, მაქსიმუმ 48 საათი
თქვენი ვიდეოები და მათგან შექმნილი ყველაფერი: ატვირთული ფაილი, მისი ხმა, ამოცნობილი მეტყველება და თარგმანი, სუბტიტრების ტექსტი და დრო, დამატებული ტექსტი და ემოჯი, გადახედვის სურათები, მინიატურა, მზა ვიდეო და დამუშავების ჟურნალი	თქვენ მიერ შეკვეთილი სამუშაოს შესასრულებლად	ვიდეო ავტომატურად იშლება მასზე ბოლო მუშაობიდან 24 საათში, ფასიან გეგმაზე — 7 დღეში, სტუდიოზე — 30 დღეში. ამის შემდეგ რჩება სუბტიტრები (ტექსტი და დრო), მინიატურა, ფაილის სახელი და პარამეტრები, რომ სუბტიტრების ხელახლა ჩამოტვირთვა შეძლოთ — 90 დღე, ან ნაკლები, თუ პროექტს ან ანგარიშს ადრე წაშლით
უფლებების დადასტურება: ყოველი ატვირთვისა და ბმულით შემოტანისას — დრო, როცა დაადასტურეთ, რომ ვიდეო თქვენია ან მისი გამოყენების უფლება გაქვთ; შემოტანისას — ბმულიც	იმის საჩვენებლად, ვინ თქვა, რომ ვიდეოს გამოყენება შეეძლო, და წაშლის მოთხოვნებზე საპასუხოდ	ანგარიშის წაშლამდე (ვიდეოსთან ერთად არ იშლება)
რედაქტორის პარამეტრები: შენახული სტილები, ბოლოს არჩეული ფერები და სტილი, ვიდეოში ჯერ ჩაუწერელი ცვლილებები; ჩემი სიტყვები და ჩემი სახელები (სიტყვები და თარგმანები, რომლებიც თავად დაამატეთ)	რომ ყველა მოწყობილობაზე ერთნაირად დაგხვდეთ და ამოცნობამ თქვენი სიტყვები სწორად დაწეროს	სანამ არ შეცვლით ან წაშლით; ყველაფერი — ანგარიშის წაშლისას
საერთო სიტყვები: როცა ქართულ სუბტიტრებში ამოცნობის შეცდომას ასწორებთ, სწორი სიტყვა (მაგ. გვარი ან ადგილის სახელი) შეიძლება დავიმახსოვროთ, თქვენს ანგარიშთან ერთად	როცა ერთსა და იმავე სიტყვას სულ მცირე ორი სხვადასხვა ანგარიში ასწორებს, ამოცნობა მას ყველასთვის უკეთ წერს. ვიდეოს, წინადადებას ან სხვის სახელს ის არ ინახავს — მხოლოდ ერთ სიტყვას	ანგარიშის წაშლისას თქვენი წილი იშლება; სიტყვა რჩება მხოლოდ მაშინ, თუ სხვა ანგარიშებმაც ასწავლეს. ადმინისტრატორს შეუძლია ნებისმიერი სიტყვის ამოღება
კრედიტები, გეგმა და გადახდები: გეგმა, გადახდის პერიოდი, განახლების თარიღი, კრედიტების ისტორია, ყოველი შეკვეთის თანხა, დრო და ნომერი. ბარათის მონაცემებს Flitt ამუშავებს — ჩვენ მათ ვერასოდეს ვხედავთ	გეგმის მისაწოდებლად, განახლებისა და ქვითრისთვის, და საბუღალტრო კანონის შესასრულებლად	ანგარიშის წაშლამდე; გადახდის ჩანაწერი 6 წელი (კანონი „ბუღალტრული აღრიცხვის, ანგარიშგებისა და აუდიტის შესახებ“, მუხლი 4) — ანგარიშის წაშლის შემდეგ სახელისა და ელფოსტის გარეშე
გაზიარების ბმულები: როცა ვიდეოსთვის „გაზიარების ბმულს“ ქმნით — ბმული და ნახვების რაოდენობა	ბმულის მქონე ნებისმიერს შეუძლია ეს ერთი ვიდეო ნახოს და ჩამოტვირთოს	ბმულის გამორთვამდე, ან ვიდეოს წაშლამდე
შეტყობინებები ტელეფონზე: თუ ჩართავთ „მითხარი, როცა ვიდეო მზად იქნება“, ბრაუზერი მოგვცემს მისამართს, რომელზეც ცარიელ შეტყობინებას ვაგზავნით	რომ ვიდეოს მზადყოფნა შეგატყობინოთ	გამორთვამდე, ან სანამ ბრაუზერი მისამართს არ გააუქმებს; ანგარიშის წაშლისას
პრობლემის შეტყობინება: რასაც დაწერთ, თქვენი ანგარიში და ელფოსტა (პასუხისთვის), ბრაუზერის აღწერა, და თუ პროექტს ეხება — მისი მდგომარეობა და ჟურნალის ბოლო ხაზები (გასაღებებისა და ბმულების გარეშე). ვიდეოს არა	პრობლემის გამოსასწორებლად და თქვენთვის საპასუხოდ	ელფოსტით მოსული — ჩვენს საფოსტო ყუთში, საჭიროებამდე; სერვერზე შენახულში ანგარიშის წაშლისას სახელი და ელფოსტა იშლება
უსაფრთხოების ჩანაწერები: სერვერზე მოთხოვნები (IP-მისამართი, დრო, გვერდი, ბრაუზერი), წარუმატებელი და წარმატებული შესვლები (ელფოსტა მხოლოდ დაშიფრული ნიშნით), ბოროტად გამოყენების ნიშნები. უფასო კრედიტების ბოროტად მოგროვების წინააღმდეგ — ინტერნეტ-მისამართისა და ბრაუზერის ნიშნის დაშიფრული (გასაღებიანი ჰეში) ასლი	სერვისის უსაფრთხოებისთვის, თავდასხმების აღმოსაჩენად და ერთი ადამიანის მიერ უფასო კრედიტების ბევრჯერ აღების თავიდან ასაცილებლად	ჟურნალები ზომით იცვლება და ძველი ფაილები იშლება (ჩვეულებრივ რამდენიმე კვირაში); დაშიფრული ნიშნები — 180 დღე, ანგარიშის წაშლის შემდეგაც (ადამიანის ვინაობა მათგან არ ჩანს)
სამუშაოთა სტატისტიკა: თითო ვიდეოზე ერთი ჩანაწერი — სახეობა, დრო, შედეგი და გამოყენებული წუთები	ლიმიტების დასათვლელად და სერვისის მუშაობის სანახავად	ანგარიშის წაშლის შემდეგ რჩება მხოლოდ რიცხვები, ანგარიშის გარეშე

თქვენს მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით, რეკლამისთვის არ ვიყენებთ და თქვენს ვიდეოებზე არც ერთ მოდელს არ ვავარჯიშებთ. სარეკლამო წერილებს არ ვაგზავნით; ელფოსტით მხოლოდ ანგარიშსა და გადახდებთან დაკავშირებულ წერილებს მიიღებთ.

3. სად მიდის თქვენი ვიდეო

ვიდეო ჩვენს სერვერზე ინახება. სამუშაოს ნაწილს ორი გარე კომპანია ასრულებს: ElevenLabs ისმენს მეტყველებას და ქმნის აუდიო გახმოვანებას, Google კი თავისი Gemini-ით თარგმნის ტექსტს. თითოეულს მხოლოდ იმას ვუგზავნით, რაც მისი ნაწილისთვისაა საჭირო. თქვენს სახელს, ელფოსტას ან ფაილის სახელს არც ერთი არ იღებს.

კომპანია	რას აკეთებს	რას იღებს
ElevenLabs (Eleven Labs Inc., აშშ)	მეტყველების ამოცნობა: წერს, რა ითქვა ვიდეოში, ყოველი სიტყვის დროით	ვიდეოს ხმას და არა გამოსახულებას
ElevenLabs	აუდიო გახმოვანება (მხოლოდ შეკვეთისას): ვიდეოს სხვა ენაზე ამეტყველებს, მოსაუბრეების საკუთარი ხმით	მთელ ვიდეოს — გამოსახულებასა და ხმას (არჩეულ ნაწილს). ახალ ხმას თქვენსავე გამოსახულებას ვადებთ
Google (Gemini API, Google LLC, აშშ)	თარგმანი: ამოცნობილ მეტყველებას ქართულად თარგმნის, ან ქართულ სუბტიტრებს — სხვა ენაზე	სუბტიტრების ტექსტს (რამდენიმე წინადადებას ერთად, აზრის შესანარჩუნებლად). ხმას ან გამოსახულებას — არასოდეს
Google (Gemini API)	ჰუკის იდეები (მხოლოდ ღილაკზე „AI ჰუკის შეთავაზება“ დაჭერისას): მოკლე დასაწყისი ფრაზები და პოსტის აღწერა	ვიდეოს პირველი წუთის შენახული სუბტიტრების ტექსტს (მაქსიმუმ 2,000 სიმბოლო)

რას ინახავენ. ElevenLabs გაგზავნილს ინახავს, სანამ წაშლას არ ვთხოვთ. ამიტომ წაშლას ვთხოვთ:

ამოცნობილ სიტყვებს — ვიდეოს დამუშავებისთანავე (ჩვენი ასლი თქვენს პროექტთან რჩება);
გახმოვანებას და მისთვის გაგზავნილ ვიდეოს — როგორც კი ახალი ხმა თქვენს მზა ვიდეოშია;
ყველაფერს, რაც დარჩა — როცა პროექტი სამუდამოდ იშლება („ბოლოს წაშლილიდან“ ან ავტომატურად) ან ანგარიშს შლით.

თუ ElevenLabs მიუწვდომელია, ვცდით, სანამ არ წაიშლება. ElevenLabs-ის თქმით, წაშლილი მონაცემები მის სარეზერვო ასლებში 30 დღემდე რჩება. ElevenLabs თქვენს ხმას და ვიდეოს თავისი მოდელების გასაწვრთნელად არ იყენებს: ჩვენს ანგარიშზე ეს ნებართვა („Data use“) გამორთულია.

Google-ის Gemini-ს ფასიან სერვისს ვიყენებთ: მისი წესებით Google ტექსტს თავისი პროდუქტების გასაუმჯობესებლად არ იყენებს. Google ტექსტს და პასუხს 55 დღე ინახავს მხოლოდ ბოროტად გამოყენების აღმოსაჩენად და კანონით მოთხოვნილ შემთხვევებში, შემდეგ შლის.

ჩვენი საკუთარი ქართული მეტყველების მოდელი ჩვენს სერვერზე მუშაობს. თუ ElevenLabs მიუწვდომელია, ის გამოიყენება და მაშინ ხმა ჩვენს სერვერს არ ტოვებს.

ბმულით შემოტანისას ვიდეოს ჩვენი სერვერი ჩამოტვირთავს: საიტი ჩვენი სერვერის მისამართს ხედავს და არა თქვენსას; ვინახავთ მხოლოდ ვიდეოს და მის სათაურს. YouTube-ის ბმულის ჩასმისას გვერდი ვიდეოს YouTube-ის კონფიდენციალურობის გაძლიერებული რეჟიმის ფლეერში აჩვენებს, რომ ნაწილი აირჩიოთ — ფლეერს თქვენი ბრაუზერი YouTube-იდან ტვირთავს, ამიტომ YouTube თქვენს მისამართს ხედავს. ემოჯის თქვენი მოწყობილობა ხატავს და ეს სურათები მხოლოდ თქვენს ვიდეოს მიჰყვება.

YouTube-ზე გამოქვეყნება. მხოლოდ მაშინ, როცა ღილაკს დააჭერთ: Google გთხოვთ აირჩიოთ ანგარიში და GeoCaptions-ს თქვენს არხზე ვიდეოს ატვირთვის უფლება მისცეთ. შემდეგ ჩვენი სერვერი ამ ერთ მზა ვიდეოს YouTube-ს უგზავნის სათაურთან, აღწერასთან, ნახვის უფლებასთან და იმასთან ერთად, ბავშვებისთვისაა თუ არა — ზუსტად ისე, როგორც შეავსეთ. Google-ის ნებართვა მხოლოდ ატვირთვის საშუალებას გვაძლევს — თქვენს არხზე ვერაფერს წავიკითხავთ, შევცვლით ან წავშლით — და მას არ ვინახავთ: ერთ ატვირთვაზე გამოიყენება და შემდეგ ქრება. YouTube-ის პასუხს — ვიდეოს მისამართს, ნახვის უფლებას და არხის სახელს — თქვენს პროექტთან ვინახავთ, რომ გვერდმა აჩვენოს, მაქსიმუმ 30 დღე (უფრო ადრე, თუ პროექტი წაიშლება). ამის შემდეგ ვიდეოს YouTube თავისი წესებით და კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკით ინახავს, როგორც ნებისმიერ ვიდეოს, რომელსაც თავად ტვირთავთ.

ამისთვის GeoCaptions YouTube API Services-ს იყენებს: მისი გამოყენებით ეთანხმებით YouTube-ის მომსახურების პირობებს, ხოლო Google-ის ხელთ არსებულ მონაცემებზე Google-ის კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკა ვრცელდება. GeoCaptions-ის წვდომას თქვენს Google ანგარიშზე ნებისმიერ დროს ნახავთ ან გააუქმებთ Google-ის უსაფრთხოების პარამეტრების გვერდზე (გამოქვეყნებებს შორის წვდომას ისედაც არ ვინახავთ). კითხვები ან საჩივრები ამაზე: იხ. მე-14 ნაწილი.

Google-ის მომხმარებლის მონაცემები. რას იღებს GeoCaptions Google-ისგან — მხოლოდ თქვენი არჩევით:

Google-ით შესვლა: თქვენს სახელს, ელფოსტის მისამართს, დაადასტურა თუ არა ის Google-მა, და თქვენი Google ანგარიშის ნომერს. მათ მხოლოდ შესასვლელად და ანგარიშის სახელისთვის ვიყენებთ და ანგარიშთან ერთად ვინახავთ, სანამ მას არ წაშლით.
YouTube-ზე გამოქვეყნება: თქვენს YouTube არხზე ერთი ვიდეოს ატვირთვის ნებართვას. ის გამოქვეყნებულ ვიდეოზე გამოიყენება და არასოდეს ინახება. YouTube-ის პასუხიდან ვინახავთ ვიდეოს მისამართს, ნახვის უფლებას და არხის სახელს, მაქსიმუმ 30 დღე.

Google-ის მომხმარებლის მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით, რეკლამისთვის ან ხელოვნური ინტელექტის გასაწვრთნელად არ ვიყენებთ და არავის ვუზიარებთ, გარდა მე-7 ნაწილში ჩამოთვლილი სერვისებისა, რომლებიც თქვენი მოთხოვნის შესასრულებლად გვჭირდება. Google API-ებიდან მიღებული ინფორმაციის GeoCaptions-ის მიერ გამოყენება და სხვა აპისთვის გადაცემა შეესაბამება Google API Services User Data Policy-ს, მათ შორის Limited Use მოთხოვნებს. წასაშლელად წაშალეთ ანგარიში პარამეტრებში (ყველაფერი იშლება) ან მოგვწერეთ (მე-14 ნაწილი).

4. მონაცემების საქართველოს ფარგლებს გარეთ გაგზავნა

ElevenLabs და Google მონაცემებს აშშ-ში (და შესაძლოა სხვა ქვეყნებშიც) ამუშავებენ. აშშ არ არის საქართველოს სახელმწიფო აუდიტის სამსახურის სიაში იმ ქვეყნებისა, სადაც მონაცემთა დაცვის სათანადო გარანტიებია. ამიტომ მონაცემებს იქ მხოლოდ კანონით (მუხლი 37) დაშვებული საფუძვლით ვგზავნით: [სახელმწიფო აუდიტის სამსახურის ნებართვით, თითოეულ კომპანიასთან დადებული ხელშეკრულების საფუძველზე, ან თქვენი წერილობითი თანხმობით]. ორივე კომპანია იყენებს ევროკავშირის სტანდარტულ სახელშეკრულებო პირობებს და მონაწილეობს ევროკავშირი-აშშ მონაცემთა დაცვის ჩარჩოში. გაგზავნილის რაოდენობას მინიმუმამდე ვამცირებთ (ზემოთ, მე-3 ნაწილი) და ElevenLabs-ში ასლებს ვშლით.

5. დამუშავების საფუძვლები

ხელშეკრულება: ანგარიში, თქვენი ვიდეოების დამუშავება, გეგმა და გადახდები.
კანონიერი ინტერესი: უსაფრთხოება, თაღლითობისა და ბოროტად გამოყენების თავიდან აცილება, სერვისის გაუმჯობესება (მაგ. საერთო სიტყვები), სტატისტიკა ადამიანის იდენტიფიცირების გარეშე, იმის გაგება, საიდან მოდიან ადამიანები (როგორ გვიპოვეთ).
კანონისმიერი ვალდებულება: გადახდების ჩანაწერები, ხელისუფლების კანონიერი მოთხოვნები.
თანხმობა: ტელეფონზე შეტყობინებები და ის, რისთვისაც ცალკე თანხმობას გთხოვთ. თანხმობის გაწვევა ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ.

6. რამდენ ხანს ვინახავთ

ატვირთული ვიდეო და მისგან შექმნილი ყველაფერი ავტომატურად იშლება მასზე ბოლო მუშაობიდან 24 საათში (ყოველი შენახული ცვლილება ვადას თავიდან იწყებს), ფასიან გეგმაზე — 7 დღეში, სტუდიოზე — 30 დღეში; მზა ვიდეო მანამდე ჩამოტვირთეთ. ამის შემდეგ მზა პროექტში რჩება მხოლოდ სუბტიტრები (ტექსტი და დრო), მინიატურა, ფაილის სახელი და პარამეტრები, რომ სუბტიტრები SRT, VTT ან TXT ფაილად ისევ ჩამოტვირთოთ; ისინი ვიდეოდან 90 დღეში იშლება. არჩეული ვიდეო სერვერზე მაშინვე იწყებს გაგზავნას, რომ დაწყებისას მზად იყოს; თუ არ დაიწყებთ, ის ბოლო მიღებული ნაწილიდან 24 საათში იშლება, ხოლო ვიდეოს შეცვლისას ან მოხსნისას — მაშინვე. წაშლილი პროექტი „ბოლოს წაშლილში“ 12 საათი რჩება, რომ შემთხვევითი წაშლა გააუქმოთ, შემდეგ სამუდამოდ იშლება. ანგარიშის წაშლა ყველაფერს ერთად შლის (რჩება მხოლოდ გადახდის ჩანაწერი, სახელისა და ელფოსტის გარეშე — მე-2 ნაწილი). ეს ჩვენს სერვერს ეხება; ElevenLabs-სა და Google-ზე იხ. მე-3 ნაწილი.

ჩვენი მონაცემთა ბაზის დაშიფრული სარეზერვო ასლი ყოველ ღამე კეთდება და [სარეზერვო ასლების შენახვის კომპანია და ქვეყანა]-ში ინახება: ყოველდღიური ასლები 30 დღე, თვეში ერთი — ერთი წელი. წაშლილი მონაცემები ამ ასლებიდან მათი ვადის გასვლისას ქრება. ვიდეოებს სარეზერვო ასლებში არ ვინახავთ.

7. ვინ კიდევ ეხება თქვენს მონაცემებს

ჰოსტინგი: Hetzner Online GmbH (გერმანია); სერვერი ფინეთში, ჰელსინკიში დგას — სერვერი, სადაც თქვენი მონაცემები ინახება.
Flitt [იურიდიული პირი] — ბარათით გადახდა და გამოწერის განახლება; ბარათის მონაცემები მასთან რჩება, ჩვენ მათ ვერ ვხედავთ. ჩვენ ვიღებთ მხოლოდ შედეგს (გადახდილია თუ არა), თანხას და დროს.
ElevenLabs — მეტყველების ამოცნობა (ვიდეოს ხმა) და აუდიო გახმოვანება (მთელი ვიდეო). იხ. მე-3 ნაწილი.
Google — თარგმანი და ჰუკის იდეები Gemini-ით (სუბტიტრების ტექსტი), იხ. მე-3 ნაწილი; ჩვენი წერილები (Gmail-ით იგზავნება, ამიტომ თქვენი ელფოსტა და წერილის ტექსტი Google-ზე გადის). თუ Google-ით შესვლას აირჩევთ, Google გვეუბნება თქვენს სახელს, ელფოსტას, დადასტურებულია თუ არა ის და თქვენი ანგარიშის ნომერს, თავად კი იგებს, რომ GeoCaptions-ში შეხვედით. თქვენს Google-ის პაროლს ვერასოდეს ვხედავთ.
Have I Been Pwned — პაროლის არჩევისას ვამოწმებთ, ხომ არ არის ის გაჟონილი პაროლების სიაში. იგზავნება მხოლოდ მისი ანაბეჭდის (SHA-1 ჰეშის) პირველი 5 სიმბოლო და არა პაროლი.

9. უსაფრთხოება

კავშირი მხოლოდ დაშიფრულია (HTTPS); პაროლები მხოლოდ scrypt-ჰეშის სახით ინახება.
შესვლის ქუქიებს გვერდის სკრიპტები ვერ კითხულობს, სერვერზე კი მხოლოდ მათი ანაბეჭდები ინახება.
ვიდეოს ყოველი მოთხოვნისას მოწმდება, რომ ის თქვენს ანგარიშს ეკუთვნის.

10. ასაკი

GeoCaptions-ით სარგებლობა 18 წლიდან შეიძლება (ამას ჩვენი მომწოდებლებიც ElevenLabs და Google მოითხოვენ). 18 წლამდე პირის მონაცემებს შეგნებულად არ ვაგროვებთ. თუ ფიქრობთ, რომ ანგარიში არასრულწლოვანს ეკუთვნის, მოგვწერეთ და წავშლით.

11. ხელოვნური ინტელექტი და ავტომატური გადაწყვეტილებები

12. ქუქიები და თქვენი ბრაუზერი

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

GeoCaptions adds captions to videos, translates them and dubs them. The controller of your personal data is GeoCaptions, in Georgia ("we"). The company is being registered: its legal form, identification number and address will be added here as soon as the registration is complete. You can reach us at [email protected].

This policy follows the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection (in force since 1 March 2024) and, for people in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect, and why

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your videos to train any model. We send no marketing email; you get only emails about your account and payments.

3. Where your video goes

Your video is stored on our server. Two outside companies do part of the work: ElevenLabs hears the speech and makes audio dubs, and Google translates text through its Gemini service. Our server sends each of them only what its part of the job needs. Neither gets your name, your email address or your video's file name.

What they keep. ElevenLabs keeps what it is sent until we ask it to delete it. So we ask it to delete:

the words it heard, as soon as your video is processed (we keep our own copy with your project);
a dub, with the video sent for it, as soon as the new sound is in your finished video;
anything still there when your project is removed from GeoCaptions for good (from Recently deleted, or automatically) or when you delete your account.

If ElevenLabs cannot be reached, we keep asking until it is done. ElevenLabs says deleted data stays in its backups for up to 30 days. ElevenLabs does not use your sound or video to train its models: in our ElevenLabs account the setting that would allow it ("Data use") is switched off.

For Google we use the paid Gemini service: under its terms Google does not use the text to improve its products. Google keeps the text and its answer for 55 days only to detect abuse and for legally required disclosures, then deletes them.

Our own Georgian speech model runs on our server. When ElevenLabs cannot be reached it is used instead, and then the sound does not leave our server.

When you import a video from a link, our server downloads it: the site sees our server's address, not yours, and we keep only the video and its title. When you paste a YouTube link, the page shows the video in YouTube's privacy-enhanced player so you can choose a part; your browser loads that player from YouTube, so YouTube sees your address. The emoji you use are drawn by your own device and go with your video only.

Post to YouTube. Only when you press it: Google asks you to choose your account and to allow GeoCaptions to upload a video to your channel. Our server then sends that one finished video to YouTube, with the title, the description, who may watch it and whether it is made for kids, exactly as you filled them in. Google's permission lets us upload only - not read, change or delete anything on your channel - and we do not keep it: it is used for this one upload and then dropped. We keep what YouTube answers - the video's address, its privacy setting and the channel's name - with your project so the page can show it, for 30 days at most (sooner if the project is deleted). YouTube then holds the video under its own terms and privacy policy, as for any video you upload yourself.

For this GeoCaptions uses YouTube API Services: using it means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to what Google holds. You can see or remove GeoCaptions' access to your Google account at any time on Google's security settings page (we keep no access between posts in any case). Questions or complaints about this: see section 14.

Google user data. What GeoCaptions receives from Google, and only when you choose it:

Continue with Google (signing in): your name, your email address, whether Google has confirmed it, and your Google account's number. We use them only to sign you in and to name your account, and keep them with your account until you delete it.
Post to YouTube: permission to upload one video to your YouTube channel. It is used for the video you post and never stored. From YouTube's answer we keep the video's address, its privacy setting and the channel's name, for 30 days at most.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or to train AI models, or share it with anyone except the services in section 7 that we need to do what you asked. GeoCaptions' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. To have it deleted, delete your account in Settings (everything goes) or write to us (section 14).

4. Sending data outside Georgia

ElevenLabs and Google process data in the USA (and possibly other countries). The USA is not on the State Audit Office of Georgia's list of countries with adequate data protection. So we send data there only on a ground the law allows (Article 37): [a contract with each company approved by the State Audit Office, or your written consent]. Both companies use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep what is sent to a minimum (section 3) and delete our copies at ElevenLabs.

5. Legal grounds

Contract: your account, processing your videos, your plan and payments.
Legitimate interests: security, preventing fraud and abuse, improving the service (for example shared words), statistics that identify no one, learning which places bring people here (how you found us).
Legal obligation: payment records, lawful requests from the authorities.
Consent: phone notices, and anything else we ask your consent for separately. You can withdraw it at any time.

6. How long we keep things

Uploaded videos and everything produced from them are deleted automatically 24 hours after you last worked on them (every change you save restarts the clock), or 7 days on a paid plan (30 days on Studio) — download your finished video before then. After that, a finished project keeps only its captions (their text and timings), its thumbnail, the file's name and its settings, so you can download the captions as SRT, VTT or TXT again; they are deleted 90 days after the video. A video you pick starts going to our server at once, so it is ready when you start; if you never start, it is deleted 24 hours after its last piece arrived, or at once when you remove it or pick another. A project you delete waits 12 hours in Recently deleted, so a wrong click can be undone, then it is removed for good. Deleting your account deletes everything at once (only the record of a payment stays, without your name or email address - section 2). This is about our server: section 3 says what ElevenLabs and Google keep.

An encrypted copy of our database is made every night and kept at [backup storage company and country]: daily copies for 30 days, one a month for a year. Deleted data disappears from them as those copies expire. Videos are not in the backups.

7. Who else handles your data

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany); the server is in Helsinki, Finland — runs the server that holds your data.
Flitt [legal entity] — card payments and subscription renewals. Card details stay with Flitt; we never see them. We get only the result (paid or not), the amount and the time.
ElevenLabs — speech recognition (the sound of your video) and the audio dub (the whole video). See section 3.
Google — translation and hook ideas through the Gemini API (the text of your captions), see section 3; our emails (sent through Gmail, so your email address and the email's text pass through Google). If you choose Continue with Google to sign in, Google also tells us your name, your email address, whether Google has confirmed it, and your Google account's number, and Google learns that you signed in to GeoCaptions. We never see your Google password.
Have I Been Pwned — when you choose a password, we check it against lists of leaked passwords. Only the first 5 characters of a fingerprint of it (its SHA-1 hash) are sent, never the password.
Cloudflare — stands in front of the site and protects it from attacks: every page and upload passes through it, so it sees your internet address and your requests, and counts page visits for us without cookies (it keeps no video). Its "are you human" check (Turnstile) runs on the sign-in and sign-up forms - it looks at your browser, not at your data. Our email ([email protected]) also arrives through it.
Push services (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft, depending on your browser) — get only an empty "wake up" notice; nothing about the video.
YouTube — when you paste a YouTube link, for its player; and when you press Post to YouTube, it gets that video and what you typed for it (section 3).
DataImpulse [legal entity and country] — only when you paste a YouTube link: our server reaches YouTube through DataImpulse's network of home internet connections, so YouTube does not turn our server away. DataImpulse passes the connection on: it sees which YouTube addresses are reached and how much data, but the connection between our server and YouTube is encrypted, so it cannot see the video itself. Nothing of your account is sent to it.

That is the full list. Each works on our instructions and uses the data only for that. If the law requires it (for example a court order), we give data to the authorities - only what is required.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for: information about what we process; a copy; a correction; deletion; limiting or stopping the processing; a portable file to take your data elsewhere; and you can withdraw consent.

Two of these you can do yourself, right now, in Settings:

Download my data — a file with your account details and every project's information, captions and added text.
Delete account — removes your account, your videos and everything made from them.

For anything else, email [email protected]. We answer within 10 working days; a complicated request may take up to 10 more working days, and we tell you first. It is free.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia (the personal data supervisor since 2 March 2026, sao.ge) or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.

9. Keeping it safe

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS); passwords are stored only as scrypt hashes.
Scripts in the page cannot read the sign-in cookies, and the server stores only their fingerprints.
Every request for a video checks that it belongs to your account.
Videos are deleted automatically, so little data piles up; backups are encrypted.
Only the people who run GeoCaptions can reach the server; the admin page needs a two-step sign-in.

If your data is ever put at risk, we tell the State Audit Office within 72 hours, and you without delay when there is a risk of serious harm to you.

10. Age

You must be 18 or older to use GeoCaptions (our suppliers ElevenLabs and Google require this too). We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you believe an account belongs to a minor, email us and we will delete it.

11. AI and automated decisions

Captions, translations, dubs and hook ideas are made by AI. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you is made automatically. Security rules (such as pausing sign-ins after many wrong passwords, or limiting free credits) are automatic; if you think one is wrong, write to us and a person will look at it.

12. Cookies and your browser

We use only essential cookies, to keep you signed in and your account safe, and your browser remembers your own settings. There is no advertising and no tracking across sites. Only Cloudflare counts page visits, without cookies (see section 7), and with your account we keep only where you found us (see section 2). See the Cookie Policy.

13. Changes

If this policy changes we post the new version here and update the date at the top. We email you before an important change takes effect.
